Are you ready for your fittest year yet? The Member Wellness Center focuses on providing members a superlative experience each time you walk through our doors. With a full range of state-of-the-art Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment, Peloton bikes, rowing and Pilates machines plus daily classes ($5-10) and personalized training, we have everything you need in a gym to help you reach your 2024 fitness goals.

INFRARED SAUNA

LADIES MEMBER LOCKER ROOM

GN ladies can now relax and rejuvenate in the newest addition to the ladies locker room, an Infrared Sauna!

Infrared heat provides all the healthy benefits of natural sunlight without any of the dangerous effects of solar radiation. When your body warms up, it taps into a variety of natural, beneficial processes that increase metabolism, improve skin, boost mood, eliminate toxins, burn fat, and more.

The Sauna is now booked thru PTMinder just like Wellness Classes. The Sauna is available on the hour; the last reservation at 5pm daily.

DAILY 7AM-11PM | THE RIDGE HOTEL

As GN Members you also have access to The Ridge Hotel's indoor pool, whirlpool, co-ed sauna and steam room. Just stop by the Front Desk and let them know you are a GN Member and they can issue you a key.

WELLNESS CENTER KEY FOBS

Wellness Center key fobs expired on December 31, 2023. To renew your key fob please stop by the GN Front Desk between the hours of 7am - 8pm any day of the week. You will need a valid photo ID to obtain a key fob.

TAILGATE PARTY & RAFFLE

SUNDAY, JANUARY 7 | 1PM

Bundle up and enjoy the great American pastime of tailgating. Bring your favorite game day treat and meet in the Member parking lot at 1pm for some good natured rivalry between fans. After a little pre-gaming, we’ll head inside to watch the game in the Member Tap Room featuring gameday specials on food & drinks. If tailgating is not your thing, head to the Member Tap Room at kick-off to enjoy the gameday specials.

During half time Jackson Bell will host a raffle featuring meat, wine, liquor and more!

COOKING CLASS

THURSDAY, JANUARY 18, 2024 | 6-8PM

Our culinary team is back again to teach you the secrets of the trade. Eat amazing food, have tons of fun, and oh yeah, drink a whole bunch of wine! The January class will take place in the Fireside Room at The Ridge Hotel.

TRIVIA NIGHT

Trivia night subject matter is a potpourri of categories, including music, movies, TV, sports, history, and more, with plenty of surprises along the way. Team size doesn’t matter and there are often prizes for the best team name or funniest wrong answer. America’s Pub Quiz is the best FREE live-hosted trivia show with nightly prizes.

While enjoying Trivia Night we invite you to sit back and savor every sip with a GN Member-only Crafted Italia Specials (Sun-Thu) including happy hour, half priced bottled wine and pizzettes.
