NOW OPEN IN THE LADIES LOCKER ROOM

GN ladies can now relax and rejuvenate in the newest addition to the ladies locker room, an Infrared Sauna!
Infrared heat provides all the healthy benefits of natural sunlight without any of the dangerous effects of solar radiation. When your body warms up, it taps into a variety of natural, beneficial processes that increase metabolism, improve skin, boost mood, eliminate toxins, burn fat, and more.
OPEN DAILY 8AM - 6PM
Sauna takes 15 minutes to reach optimal temperature.
Sauna is first come, first serve use.

Wellness Center key fobs will expire on December 31, 2023. To renew your key fob please stop by the GN Front Desk between the hours of 7am - 8pm any day of the week. You will need a valid photo ID to obtain a key fob.
You can renew your fob prior to it expiring.

Mmm, you don't want to miss this sweet event. Get in the holiday (baking) spirit by decorating a dozen cookies with your family for a sweet take-home treat.
$20++ Per Family
Includes one dozen cookies, decorating supplies, and hot beverage station. Additional dozen cookies $5.

Trivia night subject matter is a potpourri of categories, including music, movies, TV, sports, history, and more, with plenty of surprises along the way. A plethora of categories gives all team members their strong subject and ensures the useless knowledge stored away will finally be put to good use. Team size doesn’t matter and there are often prizes for the best team name or funniest wrong answer. America’s Pub Quiz is the best FREE live-hosted trivia show with nightly prizes.

From merry and bright food to elf-made drinks, the Ugly Christmas Sweater Party was a jolly good time. With about 50 members joining in, our decked halls were filled with a joyful array of wonderfully ugly outfits. From Meowwy Christmas to Golfing Santas, our members came dressed ready for our ugly sweater contest. Thank you to all who came and helped make our festivities extra special!
