The short, simple answer is yes! You can make a dining reservation for the Member Tap Room. We highly recommend booking your dining in advance to ensure you get a table.
As we head into our busy season, we want to provide our Members with the best possible experience. In an effort to reduce wait times, we are implementing a pager system on the public (turf. smokehouse) side to better pace tables and ordering.

The first major golf event of the year, The Annual Member/Member, took place Saturday June 24 and Sunday June 25 . A record number 132 entrants vied for the titles in the three divisions of Men’s, Ladies, and Mixed over the two days with three 9-hole matches within their flights.
In the mixed division Howard and Yvette Schulz defended their title winning the most points in the division during their three matches over John Vesco and Vava Dimond. Congratulations for the repeat victory!
In the Ladies division Donna Egly and Katrina Bruley won in the shootout over Carolyn Smeltzer & Betty Paps. On the 1st playoff hole, Betty hit the green on her tee shot and 2-putted for a 3 net 2. Not to be outdone, Donna was in the front greenside bunker and hit , according to her, one of the best sand shots of her life. She sank the putt for a 3 net 2 to go on to the 2nd playoff hole after eliminating the other 2 teams. Some slight difficulties from Carolyn & Betty playing the final hole led to Katrina & Donna safely playing their way to the title. Congratulations on your championship!
The Men’s division was won by some spectacular short game and bunker play from Don Parker and his partner Mike Harris. The shootout started on hole #16 and eliminated seven teams with five teams going on to Hole #17. A chip-off between 2 teams lead to the final two teams of Don and Mike against Bob Wann and Cary Potterfield going on to the final 18th hole. After leaving his approach shot short in the bunker on #18, Don hit an amazing shot from the front greenside bunker to less than a foot for an easy tap-in par 4 for a net 3.5. Not to take away from the drama, Cary Potterfield had to lay up in front of the ravine with his 2nd shot but struck a crisp wedge to 12 feet. After Don tapped in, Cary had a chance to steal the victory with a 4 net 3 but his putt barely slid by the right edge making Don and Mike the champions.
A huge thank you also goes out to the Culinary & Banquet Teams for the splendid lunch offering as groups made the turn on Saturday and a sensational lunch on Sunday after play. Many positive comments were made about the shootout format and also some additional feedback on the overall format. All will be considered going forward in planning an even bigger and better event in 2024.
SCORE REMINDER
If haven’t entered your scores, please enter your two 9-hole scores from Saturday combined to make an 18-hole competition score in their handicap scores. Due to the nature of the setup, Sunday’s 9-hole score is not a post able score.
