Fitness instructor Lori Scotney will be introducing a new set of classes on Monday, March 6 featuring Par 4 Fit and Mat Pilates! All classes will be 30-minute sessions for all fitness levels.
$5 per person, per 30 minute class
$10 per person, per 60 minute class
Fees paid through member account at the end of each week. All classes have modifications to suit all fitness levels and ages.
