Are you ready for your fittest year yet? The Member Wellness Center focuses on providing members a superlative experience each time you walk through our doors. With a full range of state-of-the-art Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment, Peloton bikes, rowing and Pilates machines plus daily classes ($5-10) and personalized training, we have everything you need in a gym to help you reach your 2024 fitness goals.
Wellness Center key fobs expired on 12.31.23. To renew your key fob please stop by the GN Front Desk between the hours of 7am - 8pm any day of the week. You will need a valid photo ID to obtain a key fob.

INFRARED SAUNA
LADIES MEMBER LOCKER ROOM

GN ladies can now relax and rejuvenate in the newest addition to the ladies locker room, an Infrared Sauna!
Infrared heat provides all the healthy benefits of natural sunlight without any of the dangerous effects of solar radiation. When your body warms up, it taps into a variety of natural, beneficial processes that increase metabolism, improve skin, boost mood, eliminate toxins, burn fat, and more.
OPEN DAILY 8AM - 6PM
The Sauna is now booked thru PTMinder just like Wellness Classes. The Sauna is available on the hour; the last reservation at 5pm daily.

As GN Members you also have access to The Ridge Hotel's indoor pool, whirlpool, co-ed sauna and steam room. Just stop by the Front Desk and let them know you are a GN Member and they can issue you a key.

Our culinary team is back again to teach you the secrets of the trade. Eat amazing food, have tons of fun, and oh yeah, drink a whole bunch of wine! The January class will take place in the Fireside Room at The Ridge Hotel.

Team up. Hit the lanes. Have a great time. We are storming the 10 Pin Pub in Walworth, WI for a strikingly good time with a few "Charlie Challenges" that will include prizes for skill and luck. Bumper lanes available for children. Warm-up begins at 12:45pm and bowling scoring at 1pm.
Total of 28 spots for a total of 7 teams (4 people per team). Sign-up individually or as a team.

From Green Egg-made pizzas and burgers to homemade sweet treats, the Packer vs. Bears Tailgate Party and Raffle was a touchdown! Over 75 members joined in for tailgating and watching the big game. Throughout the pregame and first half, we sold tickets for a raffle with 63 prizes featuring merchandise, golf certificates, wine, delicious meats, and cheeses. Thank you to all the GN Members who participated in the Packer vs Bears Tailgate Party and Raffle! We are so glad you joined us.
